Well today we went to a second OB/GYN out here in NY and it was so much better! Brody had scheduled appointments with two doctors to begin with so we figured if we liked the first one then we would just cancel the second appointment. After yesterday's semi-disastrous appointment we figured it definitely wouldn't hurt to see another doctor. Long story short, it was basically the same set-up (meet with the doctor, do an ultrasound and Group B strep test, and then meet one last time with the doctor), but things ran a hundred times smoother! They had the forms we needed to get our records transferred ready and done before we even saw the doctor, he was funny and helpful (and didn't talk a hundred miles an hour), and everything was so much more friendly. During the ultrasound our doctor talked to us about what we were looking at and answered our questions and even took a few 3D and 4D pictures of our baby's face! It was so great! Isn't she a cutie already? He measured her at 6lbs 7oz and said she was right on track and moving like a healthy baby should. Today was a much better day! Doctor #2, you have our vote!
Good! That was smart to try out two different ones! She's way cute!! Where's the face...haha...actually, I think I see her little nose and eyes in the bottom one! This is SO excitiing! Love you girl!
